  1. What materials does your jewelry consist of?

All of our rings and most of our earrings are solid 925 sterling silver and 18k gold plated. Our necklaces, bracelets and some of our earrings are made of high-quality brass with white rhodium and 18k gold plating due to solid silver being too heavy for the ear. To know what material the jewelry is made of, please read the specification below each product.

  1. Are your jewelries nickel-free?

Yes! All our items are nickel-free and hypoallergenic. 

  1. How do I take care of my jewelry?

We advise you to keep your jewelry clean by using a soft cloth when needed. Avoid bending the jewelry to prevent oxidation, and please avoid your jewelry getting in contact with any oils, lotions, or perfumes. All our jewelry is nickel-free and hypoallergenic.   1. Can I shower with my jewelry?

You should refrain from showering with your gold-plated jewelry, because it eventually can cause the gold layer to wear off completely.  

  1. How long will gold plated jewelry last?

It depends on how you take care of your jewelry, and how often you wear it. If you take the necessary precautions, like taking your jewelry off before showering, removing rings before washing your hands, not using body lotions and perfumes directly on your jewelry and in general keeping them away from chemicals, they can last many years. Storage is also important and wrapping them in cotton or paper and placing them away from moisture and direct sunlight will keep the gold plating from vanishing. However, please accept that any surface treatments and platings wear out over time.

  1. An item I bought is defect. What do I do?

If an item is defect, we advise you to send us an e-mail at with a picture of the item and your request. We will process your request and get back at you.

  1. Can I use perfume and moisturizers while wearing your jewelry?

We recommend you spray your perfume on your clothes and let moisturizer dry completely before wearing your jewelry, as perfumes and lotions can vanish the gold plating.


Orders and Payment


  1. How can I place an order?

Choose the product(s) you would like to purchase by clicking “Add to cart”. At this stage, you may either continue shopping or place your order. When you are done shopping, go to your shopping card and click “checkout”. Fill in your contact information and shipping address and continue. Now choose your preferred shipping method and continue to payment. Fill out your credit card information, choose your billing address and place your order.

  1. Why can I not add certain products to my shopping cart?

If you can’t add certain products to your shopping cart, it’s because the product is sold out. You can always send us an e-mail, and we can inform you when that specific product is back in stock. 

  1. How can I track my order?

You will receive a Track and Trace number upon shipment. The shipment is delivered by GLS, UPS, DAO365 or PostNord.

  1. How do I know that my order is placed and is being processed?

You will receive a confirmation mail after you place your order. That way, you know that we have received your order and are processing it.

  1. How do I use a coupon when placing an order?

You simply write your discount code in the column and press “apply”.

  1. I placed a wrong order – what do I do?

If you have placed the wrong order, you can always try to send us an e-mail at, and we can cancel your order. However, we pack until 3 PM danish time on weekdays, so if you place a wrong order after 3 PM, you unfortunately must wait till you get the order and return it to us, as your order has already been shipped.

  1. I received my order, but it is defect. What do I do?

If your order is defect, please send us an e-mail at with a picture of the product, and we will help you with the next step.

  1. I have received the wrong order. What do I do?

If you have received the wrong order, please contact us and tell us about it. Afterwards, you must return the order and place a new order.

  1. Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?

Shipping and delivery


  1. Do you have shipping worldwide?

Yes, we do ship worldwide. If you have any specific questions about shipping to your country, please do message us.

  1. How do I know if you ship to my country?

If you are in doubt whether we ship to your country, please contact us, and we will inform you.

  1. My order hasn’t arrived yet – can you tell me where is it?

You can always send us an e-mail with your order number, and we will track your order. 

  1. Should I expect to pay VAT, taxes or other fees when placing an order?

All specified prices, delivery costs or other costs are including taxes, VAT & other fees within the EU. However, when ordering outside of the EU additional taxes or VAT may be added. 


Returns and Refunds


  1. How do I return my order?

In order to exercise the right of cancellation and return your order, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous statement. You can use the standard cancellation form in our Terms of Service, but it is not mandatory.

Then hand in your package to your nearest parcel shop. You must ensure that the products are properly packed and that they are in the same condition as they were received when returning them. We will refund your money, when we receive your order.  

  1. I returned my order – but I have not received my refund yet.

If you haven’t received your refund 14 days after you have sent your notice, please contact us and we will help you.

  1. How long before I can expect to see my refund in my bank account?

We will refund your money no later than 14 days after the day we have received your notice to cancel the agreement of purchase. We will give the refund back to the same means of payment, you used when completing the original transaction.

  1. I regret my order – what should I do?

If you regret your order shortly after you have placed it, you can simply send us an e-mail at with your order number, and we will cancel it. If you regret your order, and it has already been shipped, you must wait until you receive the order and then return it.

  1. What is your return policy?

You have the right to cancel the agreement of purchase without justification within 14 days of the date on which you have come in physical possession of the products. Furthermore, the products must be in the same condition as when you received it. When you return products, you will have to pay the returning cost yourself. Upon return of the products, you will receive the money when we’ve had the opportunity to investigate the returned product.
